Doug cannot imagine why they would let go of both their head coach and GM while they are in the thick of the NBA Playoff conversation with only three games left in the season, and he talks about it with news anchor Dan Beyer.

I've never heard of such a thing; not just the head coach, we've seen head coaches get fired, we've seen head coaches get fired mid-season, sometime even later in the season, this feels like exceptionally late, but add to it that the general manager gets fired, now I'm left scratching my head saying, 'Did the Nuggets just throw the season?' It feels like the answer is yes."
