Paperwork Filed for Trump to Appear on DE ballot in 2020

Delaware's Trump State Campaign Chair is filing paperwork for President Donald Trump to appear on the state's ballot in 2020. On Thursday, Rob Arlett presented all the necessary signatures and information to the Delaware State Board of Elections so Trump could appear on the election ballot. In order to get on the ballot, a candidate for president of the United States must meet a variety of complex, state-specific filing requirements and deadlines. With the signatures in tow, the Delaware Board of Election Officials will vet the signatures and then President Trump will officially be on the ballot.
