Criminal Justice Reform Bills Go To Governor's Desk

(Dover, DE) -- The Delaware General Assembly is passing some legislation aimed at reforming criminal justice. The House sent to Governor John Carney's desk on Wednesday a bill that would allow people prosecuted for certain crimes to seal their criminal history. Another bill going to the governor's desk changes drug laws to try to lessen racial disparities when it comes to sentencing for drug crimes.
