Marijuana Legalization Bill Moves Forward

A marijuana legalization bill inDelawareis moving forward. The House Revenue and Finance Committee agreed on Wednesday to move House Bill 110 to the House for a vote. IfDelawarelegalizes recreational marijuana this year, it could become the 12th state in the country to do so. The proposal would also decriminalize possession for less than one ounce of marijuana.
