(New Castle County, DE) -- A teenager who was punched by a New Castle County officer is back at home. Sixteen-year-old Roger Brown had been in custody since his arrest on Friday. A video online captured one officer pinning him down in a driveway and a second officer punching him in the face several times. Police had received several complaints about drug dealings and claimed Brown matched the description. Officers were able to seize numerous bags of marijuana, a digital scale, prescription pills and more than one-thousand dollars in cash. The department is reviewing the incident and conducting an internal investigation.
