(Negril, Jamaica) -- A suspect is in custody in connection with the death of a Delaware man in Jamaica. The "News Journal" reports police are holding a man on "reasonable suspicion of murder." Forty-three-year-old Timothy Harper was shot and killed while picking up his wife from work yesterday. The Smyrna native has dual citizenship in the U.S. and the island nation.
