(Denver, CO)  --  Peyton Manning threw for 374 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Broncos in a 37-21 win over the Raiders at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.  Manning is the first player in NFL history to throw 12 touchdown passes in the first three games of a season.  Eric Decker made eight catches for 133 yards and a score while Wes Welker and Julius Thomas each hauled in a TD grab as well.  Ronnie Hillman ran for 66 yards and a touchdown as Denver moved to 3-and-0 despite turning the ball over two times.  Darren McFadden ran for just nine yards on 12 carries but did score a touchdown and hit fellow running back Marcel Reece with a 16-yard TD pass for Oakland.  Terrelle Pryor finished with 281 yards passing and a touchdown before departing late in the fourth with a head injury.  The Raiders fell to 1-and-2.
